Where can I find InSpa locations and hours?

InSpa has locations at Bellevue Square, Issaquah, Mill Creek Town Center, University Village, and Woodinville. Visit Locations & Hours for each spa’s address, phone number, and opening hours.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to check in and complete any necessary information or changes. Read the spa courtesies and policies before your visit.

How do I change or cancel an appointment?

Are all services available at every location?

Some services, including lash extensions, microblading, and certain body treatments, are offered at select locations. Review the relevant service page and contact your preferred InSpa location to confirm availability.

Should I arrange facial or massage enhancements in advance?

Please arrange massage enhancements when you book your massage because they require advance preparation. Custom Facial add-ons that extend the appointment should also be arranged when you book. See the massage and Custom Facial menus for the distinction between add-ins and add-ons.

Can children visit the spa?

Children are permitted in the spa only when receiving a service, and InSpa does not perform services on anyone under 12. See the children’s policy for details.

How do I book an appointment online?

You can book an appointment on this website. Select your location, services, and preferred date and time, then sign in to review and confirm. Your appointment is booked when the confirmation screen appears. For help with booking, call your preferred InSpa location.
