An InSpa Guest Services Coordinator will call or email 24 hours in advance of your appointment a reminder of your scheduled visit time.
No Tipping
It is our pleasure to provide spa services for you.
Please remember us for all your needs: Facials, Waxing, Nails
and Massage – but also remember “No Tipping” is a policy we believe
in. We do our best for all our customers, for a fair price
and for an opportunity to build a long-lasting relationship.
Cancellations
Please phone us 24 hours prior to a cancellation or change of
an appointment time. It will give us a chance to fill that
appointment and maintain our great pricing and policies.
Parties and Groups
Larger groups take a few extra steps to fully plan. Please call
to set up an appointment with the Spa Director who will help
set up a great special event.
Cell Phones
Please help everyone relax and have a stress-free experience
by shutting off your cell phone while in the treatment areas
of the spa.
Children
We regret that very young children cannot be left alone in the
waiting area or join a parent in a treatment room. The rooms
have a variety of equipment like sterilizers and steamers that
may be unsafe if a child isn’t watched carefully. Please
enjoy the benefits or your InSpa experience to the fullest
without the worry of a child to watch over. |
